My address in Piermont was 302 Ferdon Avenue. I graduated from TZ in 1959, and I have a twin brother David.
After school I married Ronald Carden when I was 22. Ronald was killed in an auto accident the day before my daughter Rhonda was born. His death was 2/4/64. Rhonda's birthdate is 2/5/64. Rhonda graduated from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, and she worked for Metropolitan Life insurance for 12 years. Now she is training dogs and their owners who purchase Canine Fences.
I retired from Spring Valley High School in 2001 after 32 years as Director of Security. This year I decided I needed to keep busy, and went back to work as a part time receptionist at Northern Highlands High School in Saddle River, New Jersey. I love being with the students they are so interesting and keep me young.
I have not remarried but have been in a 30 year relationship with my best friend/partner. We own 2 homes (1- in Mays Landing, New Jersey) the other we reside at which is 1025 Castle Road in Mahwah, New Jersey 07430. Bert loves soccer and has played in a league since we have been together. We have a 3 year old dog (PUG) his name is Ezro and we adore him. He is the son that I never had... smile...
My brother David is also retired. He worked as a District Manager for Metroplitan Life for 30+ years in Pearl River, NY. He is married and his wives name is Jean, they have 3 boys David who is 36, Dean who is 30 and Darren who is 29. Dean is the only son married. he and his wife are expecting their first offspring(s) TWINS in October. Dave and Jean are very excited about becoming Grandparents.
